Author Guidelines

Detailed instructions for the preparation and submission of manuscripts to Atlas Scientia. Following these guidelines ensures a faster review and publication process.

Accepted Article Types

We accept submissions in the following categories:

Original Research: Full reports of data from novel research studies (3000-6000 words).
Review Articles: Comprehensive summaries of specific research areas (max 8000 words).
Case Reports: Detailed reports of the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, and treatment.
Short Communications: Brief reports of data from original research.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Language: All manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English (British or American, but not a mix) or Academic Arabic for designated sections.
  • File Format: Submit the main document in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or LaTeX format.
  • Typography: Use 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides.
  • Anonymous Version: For the double-blind review, provide a version with no author names or affiliations.

Citations & References

Accuracy of references is the responsibility of the author. We strictly follow these styles based on the discipline:

APA 7th Ed Medical, Social Sciences, and Economics.

IEEE Engineering, AI, and Computer Science.

Oxford Law and Humanities.

Tip: We highly recommend using reference management software like EndNote, Mendeley, or Zotero.

Figures, Tables & Media

Visual aids must be high-quality and directly relevant to the research.

  • Images must be at least 300 DPI in TIFF, JPEG, or EPS format.
  • Tables should be editable text (not images) and included in the main manuscript file.
  • Captions must be provided for every figure and table.
